Returns Policy

The Buyer may return complete boxes of tiles to the Company within 1 calendar month of delivery, provided the goods are in good condition and are able to be re-sold. (Adhesive, Grout and Tools are Non-Refundable).

If the Buyer returns the goods in good condition a FULL REFUND (excluding the original DELIVERY charge and the appropriate re-stocking charge i.e. £20 + VAT if delivered to the Company, £40 + VAT if the Company collects) will be issued.
