weber PR301 is a 2-part bonding primer to be used prior to the application of levelling compounds and cement-based adhesives onto difficult surfaces. Principal constituents: epoxy resin and acrylic polymers, specific additives in water.
It is important that you inform the Ceramic Tile Company of any breakages faults or shortages within 24 hrs of receipt of delivery so that we can rectify the problem quickly.
We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from The Ceramic Tile Company If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition and the range is still for sale via our website.
Tiles that are not stock items or have been imported specifically for customers cannot be returned unless they are accepted as faulty.
If you require The Ceramic Tile Company to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).
If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, The Ceramic Tile Company reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.
If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
None of the above affect your statutory rights.
