Tiling a room is a major commitment and a decision that you need to be sure about. It’s not like painting where if you really don’t like it you can easily re-do it! We know most people retile a room on average once every seven years.
That’s why we believe you should spend time to make sure you are completely happy with your choice and really enjoy what should be an exciting and rewarding transformation of your home.
We suggest you spend as long as you need choosing, comparing or just getting ideas. We will do what we can to help. Look at all the ideas within this website as a starting point, then come in to our showroom and see & touch our huge selection of tiles from all round the world. It can take 2 or 3 visits to make your final decision.
Have an idea of what you want to achieve with the tiles. Start thinking about what tiles you may want early in the redecoration process – the earlier the better. Bring as many relevant items for reference, whether they be fabrics, paint colours or even furniture.
Take some tile samples home – we provide them free – so you can see how they look in the room or area you are tiling. Remember lighting will affect the way looks and the colour it appears. Bear this in mind when making your choice.
We advise you to order 10% over the calculated amount to allow for cuts & fractional requirements (experience tells again!) and accept returns on unused stock tiles within 3 weeks. If you don’t fancy tackling the job yourself we can even find you a tiler if you need one.
