Can I return any unused tiles?
Yes. We encourage our customers to over order to allow for cuts and breakages. We accept returns for all in stock items within 3 weeks for a full refund of the cost of the returned tiles. This service excludes special order tiles.
Do you have tiles in stock?
Yes. The vast majority of the tiles on display both on this website and in our showroom are held in stock in our 2 large on site warehouses.
How long does it take for delivery if tiles are not in stock?
Special order items from suppliers within the UK take between 3 and 5 days. For imported items allow 2 – 3 weeks although we do try to improve on this timing when we can.
Can I tile onto a wooden floor?
Yes you can, as long as the right surface preparation is done. The wooden floor should be overlaid with plywood or tile backing board, with the tiles being secured using a flexible adhesive and grout – which we can supply.
Is it possible to cut natural products like slate and marble?
Yes, using a suitable wet wheel cutter – which we can supply from stock.
Can I buy single or small quantities of tiles or do I have to pay for a whole box?
You do not have to buy whole boxes of any of the tiles we hold in stock There is no minimum order size.
Do you deliver?
Yes we can deliver your tiles. Charges may be made depending on the size of your order and your address.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes. All major cards except American Express are accepted.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes – either on a free basis for limited selection or sale or return if larger numbers of tiles are required.
Can you work out the area I need to tile if I provide linear measurements?
Yes we can and will advise on the quantity of tiles, adhesive, grout and any other items you may require. Obviously, we can’t guarantee the accuracy of final quantities required where they are based on measurements made & provided by customers
